Although this house has not yet been identified, it was designed some time after 1896: Minerva's signature states that she is located in Brooklyn, New York. The Nichols family moved from Philadelphia to Brooklyn in 1896. Minerva did not open a formal office in Brooklyn, but this drawing (and others) demonstrate that she continued to practice on an occasional basis.
