1893. Mrs. John O. Keim. Likely located at 101 Tookany Creek Parkway, Cheltenham, PA. Demolished.

“Also made drawings for a house for Mrs. John O. Keim to be built at Cheltenham, Pa., size 104 x 48 feet with fine porches, colonial finish throughout the interior." (1893) Although the advertised listing suggests a new house, Minerva's drawings on file at the Schlesinger Library are labeled as Additions and Alterations to the house for Mrs. Keim. It is unclear how much of the house's design was attributed to Minerva, but it is almost certainly demolished today.
