1892. Guano & Raggio. 700-704 Marriott Street, Philadelphia, PA

“The same architect has prepared plans for a new factory building for Guano & Raggio to be erected at 7th and Marriott streets adjoining their present plant 48 x 70 feet, four stories high, slag roof, and wall to be of brick, stone trimmings, interior will be fitted with freight lifts, toilet rooms, also a stable will be upon ground floor of the same building, also steam power, heat, and machinery.” (1892) A follow-up project to one of Minerva's 1890/91 commissions for the pasta company.
