1889. Mrs. E.C. Hartell. Lansdowne, PA. Demolished.

"Miss Minerva Parker has completed plans...for a store and dwelling for Mrs. E.C. Hartell, to be erected at Lansdowne. Size 40x56 feet; three stories high, built of granite, slate roof, electric bells, plate and stained glass windows and all conveniences." (1889) Based on historic maps and census records, this building may have been located on the northeast corner of Baltimore Avenue and Lansdowne Avenue. If so, it is no longer extant.
