1889. Mrs. Maxwell. Oak Lane, PA

"Miss M. Parker has completed the drawings for a $4,000 frame and stone house for Mrs. Maxwell, at Oak Lane. The building will be two stories high, with a basement. The method of heating has not been determined. No contracts have been awarded as the work will not commence until the fall." (1889) It is possible that this commission was for Minerva's mother, Amanda, as her second husband's last name was Maxwell.
