1891. W.J. [sic] Nichols. 337 E. Curtin Street, Bellefonte, PA

“Minerva Parker architect, 14 S. Broad street, Philada.,…also plans for a summer cottage, for Wm. J.[sic] Nichols, 216 S. Third street, to be erected at Bellefonte, Pa., frame and stone, fitted with modern conveniences.” (1891) This commission was for the Rev. William Nichols, a Unitarian minister to whom Minerva got married in December 1891. It is unclear how this commission factors into the timing of their introduction and courtship.
