1890. Mrs. Frances Jordan (or Jardan). Cynwyd, PA

“…also plans for a house for Mrs. Jardan, to be built at Bala, Pa., to be stone and pebbled ash, shingled roof, two stories high, hot air, hard wood finish, wood mantels, best of sanitary plumbing, etc.” (1890) Minerva designed this house (this is confirmed with architectural drawings on file). Based on contemporary maps, the building is likely the Bala project advertised for Mrs. Frances Jordan (or Jardan).
