1889. W.R. Wright. 102 Grayling Avenue, Narberth, PA

"Minerva Parker, 14 South Broad Street, is now working on the drawings for...two frame houses for W.R. Wright, at Elm Station, to cost $3,500. Contract let to E.S. Sentman." (1889) In the 1887 Philadelphia City Directory, W.R. Wright's occupation was "tiles." Once he moved to Narberth, he served on the public safety committee for the Narberth Fire Association. He evidently hired Minerva to design two residences.
