There are no known published references to this client in relation to Minerva’s work, but this drawing suggests she did at least preliminary work for the Spring Garden Unitarian Society/Church. Since Minerva signed this drawing with her maiden name, we know that she completed this design for alterations sometime before 1892. (She married William I. Nichols in December 1891.) Minerva was a member, and her future husband was the minister, at this church at this time.
