Address unknown, near Philadelphia, PA

pre-1892 | Residence | Undetermined

“This little house was built near Philadelphia for $3,800, and was very satisfactory both in plan and appearance.” (The Home-Maker, May 1892)

We have not located this building yet, nor do we know its associated client. Based on the signature on the drawings—Minerva uses her maiden name, not her full married name—we can determine that the house was designed (and presumably constructed) sometime before her wedding in December 1891. Further research is necessary.
