Minerva designed this house for her daughter Adelaide, in collaboration with her son-in-law Jack Baker. It is located on a neighboring property to the house at 82 Clinton Avenue, which Minerva designed a few years earlier. The two lived side-by-side until Minerva’s death in 1949, and this house (known as “Guard Hill”) remained within the family for several more decades.
