“Minerva Parker, architect, 14 So. Broad street, Phila., is making plans for a frame cottage, to be erected at Lansdowne, Pa., for Mrs. Baugh, all modern improvements to be introduced.” (October 15, 1890)

Research suggests that this project (advertised only by the location and the client’s last name) was for Hannah K. Baugh; if this is correct, Hannah Baugh commissioned this home from Minerva at the age of 90. (She died five years later in 1896.)
