“Minerva Parker, 14 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, has finished the plans for a house at Elm for Miller Justice, 14 South Fifth Street. The building is 36 by 42 feet, frame and stone, hard-wood on first floor, stained glass, hot air heating, and a pumping engine. No contracts have been awarded.” (July 10, 1889)

“…Mr. H. Mullwood [sic] Justice, have each erected residences at Elm Station from plans furnished by Miss Parker…” (March 26, 1890)

F. Millwood Justice was the president of a wholesale store, and a Quaker member of the Radnor Monthly Meeting.
