“Minerva Parker, 14 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, has completed the plans for a frame house and stable for E.J. Davis to be built at Elm Station, E.S. Sentman has the contract.” (July 24, 1889)

“Mr. Davis…[has] erected [a residence] at Elm Station from plans furnished by Miss Parker.” (March 26, 1890)

E.J. Davis was variously listed in local directories as a dairyman, manager, and superintendent of an unknown company. After commissioning this project from Minerva, he sold it again in 1893 (to someone named James Reid).
